I am a PhD Candidate in Organizational Behavior at Cornell University's ILR School.
I study how people understand inequality at work and what they do about it. My research examines strategies to reduce harm in organizations and improve outcomes for marginalized individuals
I earned my B.S. in Psychology (with honors) from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021.
Outside of research, I enjoy reading literary fiction, playing with my dog, Miel, and taking pilates classes.
