I am a PhD Candidate in Organizational Behavior at Cornell University's ILR School.
I study how people understand inequality at work and how these perceptions shape their decisions to either challenge or uphold it. My research examines strategies to reduce harm in organizations and improve outcomes for marginalized individuals.
I earned my B.S. in Psychology (with honors) from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021.
Outside of research, I enjoy reading literary fiction, playing with my dog, Miel, and taking pilates classes.
